There is nothing like teaching a total beginner to catch his first trout and especially when that beginner was Richard Hammond. Richard was filming for his River series which you can view here:
It was a fabulous day with lots of fun and laughter and Richard managed a wild brown trout, a stocked trout and a grayling, all on dry flies which was quite an accomplishment for his first foray into fly fishing.
